At the Kansas-Nebraska Conference we believe that our employees are one of our greatest assets. It is through their dedicated service that the gospel ministry of the conference, churches, schools, and camp is possible. It is the mission of the Human Resources Department to support each employee, from their first day of work through their retirement.
The Human Resources Department in Kansas-Nebraska facilitates the advancement of the Gospel Commission by providing service and resources which enable our conference and its employees to be effective and maintain a positive employer-employee relationship, which thereby enables the staff to adequately fulfill their assigned duties.

This is Sterling Volunteers (formerly Verified Volunteers) provides online training and screening for all staff and volunteers working with children in Adventist churches across North America.
Upon registering, there will be an online course lasting 40-60 minutes. This can be done all at once or you may save at any time and continue later. At the end of the course you will be allowed to enter your personal information and complete the screening portion. All training must be completed no more than one month after registering..
