Yearly Club Registration


New clubs forming for the first time or reforming after a year or more of being inactive MUST fill out the Charter Application!

Every Year directors need to fill out the Yearly Registration with as much detain as possible.

Directors or a designated Saff member are required to fill out monthly reports.

If your Club is getting a new Staff member during the current year, you MUST register the new staff member. Staff not registered will not be able to attend Conference Events!

Register your PBE Team to be notified of events and dates.

Staff Members:

  1. New Staff Complete the required Adventist Screening Verification Background Check
  2. Returning Staff - Every 3 Years  Renew the required Adventist Screening Verification Background Check

Adventist Screening  Verification (Required)

Every driver, helper, teacher, and volunteer must complete the background check.
Anyone that has not completed the the verification process will not be permitted to assist in any club activity.
